I was among the few who saw the original version before it was edited. I noted in my review that Blue might have revealed too much, hence the change. Just a humblebrag, sorry-but-not-sorry lol.
As for the problem, I get it. It's exciting to get on a roll when writing a story, not something to be ashamed of. Maybe you could brainstorm story ideas with someone? Once the plot is more solid, you might have a better idea of what is and isn't a spoiler. Does that seem reasonable?
